First in Wisconsin – Roman style (pizza al taglio) pizza!
We are the first restaurant in Wisconsin to offer this style of pizza. We have been specially trained and certified from the Roman Pizza Academy in Miami Florida.
One thing that sets the new pizza apart from Neapolitan pizza is the crust, which is “light and airy, yet chewy and crunchy”. The new kind of crust requires a lot of extra effort. Not only does it take several days for the dough to rise, but it has to be baked three times! It’s even cut differently. Instead of a typical pizza cutter, scissors are used because they do a better job of maintaining the crust’s air quality.

Wednesdays – Buy a bottle of wine (many to choose from) and get a pizza for just $5
Thursdays – Ladies Night! $5 glasses of wine and select cocktails for the ladies
